All order cancellations and/or changes must be approved by FUEL4LIFE and made 24 hours prior to pick-up or delivery.
No. We do not freeze any of our meals internally and every meal leaves our kitchen freshly cooked.
Our meals contain NO preservatives. Therefore, FUEL4LIFE meals have a 7-day expiration date from the time they were cooked if refrigerated and a 30-day expiration if frozen.
You can heat up your food in the microwave or the stove for your desired time.

Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We urge you to use caution when ordering, as some of our Signature Meals do contain common allergens such as peanuts, nuts, dairy, and wheat.
